- know the most you want to pay for a conversion (your target Maximum CPA, I'll help with that)
- link your AdWords account to My Client Center so I can audit it
- pause your own AdWords account if accepted on to the program
- let my own take its place (you still pay clicks as normal but no other charges)
- want to increase your AdWords spend while improving cost-effectiveness
- be willing to try new procedures and workflows to improve performance
- be able to make website updates to content and structure
- agree to pay a monthly, performance based Commission fee in arrears instead of fixed monthly charges in advance (see Commission Rates page)
- interview with me if accepted (you'll learn useful stuff too)
- complete an in-depth Application Form
- accept the Roles and Responsibilities
